The company provides extensive domain expertise combined with the latest intelligent technology to develop next-gen asset management platforms. More recently, the company has developed technologies and products for energy trading, power forecasting, industrial battery storage management and other solutions for the management and monitoring of charging stations for electric vehicles. The monitoring platform, Energy Studio Pro®, enables its owner to fully monitor and remote control wind, photovoltaic, hydroelectric and geothermal power plants, as well as co-generation plants, gas turbines, thermoelectric power stations and electric charging stations.

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Developing project plans and schedules.

Assigning tasks to team members and tracking progress.

Managing project budgets and resources.

Identifying and mitigating project risks.

Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders.

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.

Soft Skills:

Leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Senior Level Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Place of employment: Acireale (Catania), this is not a remote position

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
